WEEK 3

The decision was made by Howard's Heroes not to head out on the water this week due to the gale force winds making conditions very difficult. Instead they chose to put in a hard land based training session.

However, after calling Howard's Heroes cowards for not rowing on what they labelled "slightly choppy water", Fairweather Rowers took to the water with disastrous consequences:
